InterCity Trains and Hobbies is a new model railroad specialty hobby store located in Greater Vancouver, British Columbia in the growing suburb of Langley.

When Hal Kinsey, the owner of Central Hobbies of Vancouver decided to retire after 30 years in business, Chris Campbell and Ken Koch, both life-long model railroaders, took over the inventory and operations under InterCity Trains and Hobbies. It was created as a new retail and online e-commerce store serving model railroaders and hobbyists in Vancouver, Canada, and around the world. Hal is often in the store helping with the transition, and longtime Central Hobbies staff Kathy and Bill Dixon are working in the new store.

The new 2000 sq foot store is stocking all the product lines which Central Hobbies carried and we are bringing in additional rolling stock and scenery products from European manufacturers such as Marklin/Trix, Faller, Noch, Roco/Fleischmann and more. The Central Hobbies website is still up as an archive.
